HOPE FOR THE CHILDREN There are about 15,000 street children in Kampala, Uganda. Emmanuel Children’s Outreach, where MAF’s Cheryl Kowalski volunteers, offers a safe place for the children to receive food, care, fun games, and Christian teaching.
