ANGOLA During Angola’s bloody civil war, some 10 million landmines were laid, putting its people at risk whenever they travelled, farmed or visited friends. Although MAF partner The HALO Trust has removed more than 100,000 landmines, its work there is far from finished. Pray as HALO continues to destroy the thousands of weapons and tons of ammunition remaining from nearly three decades of conflict.
