RECRUITMENT The majority of staff in our programmes are recruited from the host country. These national staff fill many of the roles that enable us to serve in remote and isolated areas. These include security guards, engineers, IT personnel, bookings staff, and those involved in finance, HR, vehicle maintenance and ground operations. Praise God for their professionalism and passion.
